Refund Policy

Because Maratech products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please reach out if something isn't right.

When we do offer a refund

• The file is corrupted, missing, or significantly different from its description.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not yet downloaded the file.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page with your Gumroad receipt (or the email address you bought with) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
